Kathleen Welton is an award-winning author and publisher with a lifelong passion for storytelling. Her books share inspiration and adventures where dreams take flight. As publisher for aka Associates, she collaborates with authors and organizations on book series and imprints including Doodle Art Alley Books, Green Lights Books, Little Quote Books, and Puzzle Books for Fun.
During her book publishing career, Kathleen served in a variety of roles from sales rep and editor to vice president & publisher and director of book publishing. Kathleen graduated from Stanford University with a BA in both English and Italian Literature. She earned a Certificate in Feature Film Writing with Distinction from UCLA Extension.
She celebrates the beauty of beaches, birds, and wildlife while promoting a sustainable future through her work. Current writing and publishing projects include novels, picture books, and puzzle books.
